Sambar Stories - Everyday lives of Everyday Indian women

**Sambar Stories** is cooking its very first issue — and we want *you* to be part of it.
This is a people-powered magazine about **everyday lives of everyday women** — their joys, frustrations, workdays, and quiet revolutions. We’re collecting stories, essays, and visual pieces that stir conversation around the ordinary, the unseen, and the spicy bits in between.
For our first issue, we’re exploring:
* Does the free public bus in Andhra & Telangana really help women?**
* But who eats the leftovers?** (A look into the invisible routines that shape women’s lives)
* Motherhood & small-town life**
* Working from home** — blurred boundaries and everyday resilience
* Kitty parties & community** — gossip, bonding, and survival networks
* Coming out stories** — quiet courage in familiar spaces
If you have a story, photo essay, poem, comic, or personal reflection around women’s everyday lives and social realities — we’d love to hear from you.
**Deadline:** [Add your deadline here]
**Word limit:** Flexible — we’re more interested in authenticity than word counts.

Let’s make this together.
Because women’s lives deserve to be documented, discussed, and celebrated — one story at a time.
